3-1 We operate the Site for the selection of candidates within the framework of the Afriquia 50 Sprints program launched in partnership with HEC Paris and consisting of the incubation and acceleration of Startups operating in the field of mobility.<\/p>

3-2 To benefit from all the features of the Site, You are invited to create a personal account on the Site. When you register on the Site, You create a password and an account name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account name and password, and are fully responsible for all activities related to your account.<\/p>

During the registration process, you will be asked to complete the registration forms and enter the data relating to your name, first name, date of birth, address, email and telephone number, city and country, company or establishment, professional skills and experience, information on the project and any other information necessary for the evaluation of applications.<\/strong><\/p>

The User guarantees that the information entered during registration is correct and is solely responsible for the information provided in this context.<\/strong><\/p>

3-3 Although We do everything in our power to update the information on the Site, We do not guarantee in any way, express or implied, that the content of the Site is accurate, complete or up to date.<\/p>

We may update and modify the content of the Site at any time to reflect the changes in the needs of our users and our partners in order to best meet the expectations of the Users.<\/strong><\/p>

4.1 DESCRIPTION OF THE PROGRAM<\/strong><\/p>

Afri Mobility (venture capital fund and subsidiary of Akwa Group) seeks to identify new sources of growth in the mobility sector on behalf of Afriquia SMDC. One of the major levers of this ambition is opening up to the start-up ecosystem to identify and implement partnerships that bring value. In this context, Afri Mobility launched the Afriquia 50 Sprints program (the \"\u00a0Programs<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb), qui vise \u00e0 accompagner et \u00e0 financer des start-ups op\u00e9rant dans la mobilit\u00e9.\u00a0\u200bDes\u00a0startups dont le Product-Market\u00a0fit est bien avanc\u00e9 avec, \u00e0 moyen ou long terme, des perspectives d\u2019ouverture sur le march\u00e9 international. \u200bLe scope g\u00e9ographique de pr\u00e9sence ou d\u2019intervention des startups est illimit\u00e9, tant qu\u2019au moins l\u2019un des fondateurs de la startup est marocain. L\u2019incubation est assur\u00e9e par notre partenaire HEC Paris \u00e0 station F durant 3 mois par startup.<\/p>
